We provide 90 minutes of engaging activities for the kids, with an option to include parents in the fun. Please confirm any specific requests prior to the event to ensure smooth planning.
The number of Buddies depends on the number of guests and the chosen package. We maintain a Buddy-to-kids ratio of 1:12 to ensure every child receives attention and enjoys the activities.
The activities vary based on the selected theme. We can customize the activities to suit your preferences and the event scenario.
Our team will actively engage the kids for 90 minutes and will be on-site for a total of 2 hours.
The number of gifts or medals depends on the selected package and the final guest count confirmed before the event. Any changes in the count should be communicated prior to the event.
We do not provide cake, food, or venue decorations. Our services are offered at the venue chosen by the client.
Yes, we can host activities indoors. We offer various themes that are suitable for indoor settings.
You can reschedule up to 24 hours before the event without additional charges. A rescheduling fee will apply if the event is rescheduled between 2 to 24 hours prior. No rescheduling is allowed within 2 hours of the event, and cancellations will not be refunded.
We require a 50% advance payment, with the remaining 50% due on the day of the event. Opting for 100% advance payment may include additional benefits.
