Our programs have been developed for Urban Preschools. We can carry out the activities indoor/outdoor play areas available at preschools. Our curriculum is based on LTAD (Long Term Athlete Development) stage 1 (Active Start) which caters to kids below 6 years. Also, Preschool kids like smaller and cozier spaces to play as they feel more secure in it.

Yes – Kids are able to learn the fundamentals of sports. We have taught more than 25000 kids and a majority of them are below 4 years of age. We have designed different programs according to age and learning ability of kids.  2 different programs- one for playgroup & nursery kids and the other for KG kids. Yes, The parents can always get an update by connecting with the Buddy at suitable Parent teacher gatherings. They can always schedule an appointment and meet the Buddy durin the course of program. We will also be communicating kids process through the Talent identification report.

Each weekly Go Alpha class is well planned and tested over several years of R&D. The kids have a very short attention span so a 30 mins session has been divided in four parts:

Warmup – Done in the form of dances to make it interesting

Sport Skill – Sport specific training combined with a dose of innovative and fun techniques to enhance the interest of the child

Fun Games – Innovative games designed for Gross motor skill and agility development

Cooldown- Includes parachutes, meditation. We communicate about the different learning with the kids during this period.

Our program is based on the principle of LTAD – Active start (0-6 years) and FUNdamentals(6 to 8 years). According to LTAD this is the perfect age to start and learn Fundamentals of multi sports. The child should develop interest in playing sports via introducing him/ her to multi sports in a FUN manner. It is the right age for him to learn multiple sports. It is not recommended to specialise in any one sport at this age
